Booking Terms
A few simple things to know before you book your seat.
Your booking
All sessions must be booked online in advance. Guests must be aged 18 or over.
Bird Dog Social is a shared session with eight individually booked seats. The Whole Box is a private session for your group of up to eight people.
Each session lasts 45 minutes.
Arriving + running late
Please arrive on time and sauna-ready. If you’re driving, arrive no more than five minutes before your session so the previous guests have time to leave.
If you arrive late, you’re welcome to join the rest of your booked session, but we will still finish at the scheduled time.
Your exact location, directions and parking instructions will be included in your booking confirmation.
Weather + cancellations by Bird Dog
A little weather is part of the experience, and sessions normally go ahead in the rain.
If conditions are unsafe, or we need to cancel your session for another reason, you can choose a new date or a full refund.
Health + safety
Please read our Health + Safety information before booking. Sauna and optional cold-water immersion carry risks, so take part at your own pace, stay within your limits and follow your host’s safety briefing and instructions.
If you book for others, make sure every guest is aged 18 or over and has read and agreed to these terms and the Health + Safety information.
Entry + conduct
Bird Dog is a sober, smoke-free space. No alcohol, recreational drugs, smoking or vaping, and please do not attend under the influence.
Children and pets cannot accompany you. If you use an assistance dog, please contact us before booking to discuss access arrangements.
We may refuse entry or end a session where there is a reasonable concern for someone’s health, safety or behaviour.
Belongings + parking
Please bring only what you need and keep your belongings secure. You are responsible for looking after your possessions and securing your vehicle. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage.
Please follow the parking instructions in your confirmation email and keep access routes clear.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights or excludes liability where the law does not allow it.
